1. Gate valve
Gate valve is a gate with opening and closing parts. The movement direction of gate is perpendicular to the direction of fluid. Gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and can not be adjusted and throttled. Gate valves are sealed by contact between the valve seat and gate plate. Metal materials are usually overlaid on the sealing surface to increase wear resistance, such as 1Cr13, STL6, stainless steel, etc. There are rigid gate and elastic gate. According to the difference of gate, gate valves are divided into rigid gate and elastic gate.
1.1 Casting Slab Gate Valve
SG-10 Casting Slab Gate Valve, body are made of casting, it can be used in oil field wellhead, x-mas tree and manifold system where pressure are in range of 2000psi to 5000psi. The medium, H2S material can be used in accordance with the latest NACE MR-01-75 specification.

1.2 Forged Steel Slab Gate Valve

1.3 Expansion Type Slab Gate Valve

1.5 Mud Valve

2. Fracturing Gate Valve
2.1 Manual Fracturing Gate Valve
Fracturing gate valve is applied in fracturing project and it is an important part for fracturing equipment. The fracturing gate valve is designed in accordance with performance requirements of API 6A. The fracturing gate valve manufactured by Finemade has maximum drift of 7-1/16" and maximum pressure of 20000psi, which has acquired patent for national invention and patent for utility model. 3. Choke Valve

3.2 Multiple Orifice Choke Valve
Orifice choke valve adopts a rotating fork, generally speaking, orifice choke valve only need 90° or 180° rotating direction, in this way, switch can be regulated. 3.4 External Sleeve Choke Valve
With integral cage design technology, inner annular space had been increased, and in this way, the possibility of corrosion for valve core shall be reduced and maximum flow control shall be provided. Valve body and valve bonnet are sealed with metal, and valve stem is sealed in assistance of PTFE multiple level lip spring, which guarantee the sealing performance. 3.5 Positive Choke Valve
For positive choke valve, special tools are adopted to replace oil nozzle. In this way, flow section can be controlled to control flow fluid. Choke oil nozzle is manufactured with ceramic or cemented carbide, which is characterized as wearing resistance and erosion resistance, which is convenient to replace with special tool. Valve body and valve bonnet are connected with union, which make it easy to replace oil nozzle.

4. Check Valve
Single-flow valves are widely used in high-pressure pipelines. They are mainly used to control the one-way flow of medium in pipelines. As a safety device in pipelines, they prevent the fluid from flowing back into the pump body, thereby protecting the safety of pipelines. Single-flow valves include upper cover type single-flow valves, linear baffle type single-flow valves and dart type single-flow valves. The upper cover type single-flow valve and the linear baffle type single-flow valve are fully encapsulated, which improves the service life of the product and is mainly used in the liquid medium environment. The dart type single flow valve realizes double sealing cooperation between the metal of stainless steel and the sealing ring, which is mainly used for gas environment sealing.
4.1 Swing Check Valve
Swing check valve is in inner rocker arm swing structure. All switch parts are installed in valve cavity without getting through valve body. Except for the middle flange which is equipped with gasket seal and seal ring, there is no other outside dots. Leakage outside the valve is forbidden. Swing type check valve rocker arm and valve disc are connected with spherical surface, which make valve disc possess a certain degree of freedom at 360 degree with a proper position compensation. When swing check valve is fully open, fluid pressure is almost unimpeded. The pressure through valve is relatively small.
It is suitable for clean medium; therefore, medium containing solid particles and larger viscosity shall not be applied. The valve disc of swing check valve is in rotating movement around axis of rotation. Its flow resistance is usually less than that of lift check valve, which is suitable for large bore application.

4.2 Lift Check Valve
For lift check valve, when medium flow according to the specified direction, valve disc shall be open under the effect of medium force. When medium flow in reverse direction, the sealing surface between valve disc and valve seat shall be closed under the effect of opposite force.
Lift check valve shall share the similar structure with check valve, valve disc shall be in lift movement along the central line of channel. With reliable movement and large flow resistance, it is used to light and small bore application.

5. Ball Valve and Plug Valve
5.1 Float Ball Valve
The ball of floating ball valve is floating. Under the effect of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly the seal surface of the outlet end to guarantee the outlet end seal. Seal surface and ball surface are always closed, therefore, the valve is difficult to be eroded by medium. And it is easy to operate and repair, which is applicable to water, solvent, sour and natural gas. Additionally, it can be applied to medium where working condition is poor, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. It is widely applied to various industry. Floating ball valve structure is generally applied to moderate and low pressure ball valve.

5.2 Trunnion mounted ball valve
Trunnion mounted ball valve is applicable to long distance pipeline and general industry pipeline. Its strength, safety and harsh environment resistance shall be taken into special consideration, therefore, it can be applied to corrosive and non-corrosive medium. When operation, the acting force produced by valve front end fluid on ball can fully pass to bearing without moving ball, and the ball will not move to valve seat, in this way, valve seat will not bear greater pressure; therefore, trunnion mounted ball valve is characterized as low torque, small valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, long-term service life. It is used to high pressure and large bore application. With tight property, advanced spring pre-valve assembly can realize upstream seal. Every valve is equipped with two valves and sealed from per direction; therefore, there is no flow direction limitation for installation and it can be bi-directional application. This valve is usually installed horizontally.

5.3 Cylindric Plug Valve
The plug body of cylindric plug valve is in cylindrical shape, which makes up of a sealing pair with the tapered hole surface of valve body. Cylindric plug valve is generally sealed in four ways, namely, sealant, valve plug expansion, O-ring, eccentric plug wedges into valve seat.

5.4 Tapered Plug Valve
The plug body of tapered plug valve is in tapered shape, which makes up of a sealing pair with the tapered hole surface of valve body. The leakage gap for sealing pair of tapered plug valve can be adjusted by press the valve plug into valve seat. When valve plug close contact to valve body, valve plug can rotate too, or lift it and rotate 90 degree from valve seat before rotating, and then press to seal.
